Shipping policy

All of our rugs are made to order at the time you place your order and take approximately two weeks to manufacture and ship to you. All 11x13 rugs must ship via truck line -- please allow up to an additional month for delivery.
Shipping on all rugs is free.
We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number(s).
If your order arrived damaged or was lost in transit, please use the "Contact" page to file a claim. Please submit pictures of the damage with your claim and save all packaging materials and damaged goods.
